Advertiser Contact Management Improvements
Several weeks ago, we introduced Advertiser Contact Management, which surprisingly gives you the ability to manage the contact information for your advertisers. This week, we’re adding some new features to make Advertiser Contact Management better and easier to use.
First and foremost, you can now edit an Advertiser’s name! This might seem like a really small piece of functionality, but it’s been a long time coming. James has an explanation for this.
Oh yes, friends. It’s finally here.
You can also easily see which Advertisers have active Contacts from the Advertiser List view. We hope this will make administering advertisers and their logins much easier for our customers.
The Advertiser List view now shows you if any given Advertiser has active Contacts.
There are also new options on the Contact Management tab, including the ability to deactivate old Contacts, invite new ones, and send password resets in case it’s been awhile since they’ve logged in. You can also edit any of the Contact’s information.
Invite new Advertiser Contacts, deactivate old ones, or reset forgotten passwords easily from the Contact list view.
