You may have noticed that our Knowledge Base recently got a facelift. With the addition of our new super support team members, the Knowledge Base has been re-organized, and is populated with all the most up to date information about using adOS. Even though we continue to crank out new features at an alarming rate, they’re cranking out complete documentation at a pace to match.

How to access the Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base has always been accessible via help.adzerk.com, as well as via the ‘Help’ link in the main navigation.
This week, we’re adding in-app integration throughout the user interface of adOS. Look for the little blue question marks to be linked to help documents related to the current task you’re working on.
We’ve currently added help for most of the most commonly used pages, and we’re actively working to add more going forward.
