Managing Flight Revenue
This week we’re happy to announce the addition of Payments to the Flights page. This is a tool which we have developed to assist our customers with tracking their actual revenue information.
Some Background
As many of you know, it’s not very easy to track actual Flight revenue in most ad servers. Sometimes you don’t know the rate of a Flight when you set it up (for instance if you are running an ad network or AdSense). But with this feature, you can set an amount at Flight creation, and then easily go back and edit it later to be more accurate.
The Flights page now includes the Apply Payments option.
How it works
Add the ‘Apply Payments’ block to any flight by selecting it from the Options menu on the left.
Once you select ‘Apply Payments’ from the Flight options menu, the ‘Apply Payments’ block will be added to your Flight.

You can add a payment for a given date range, and note the date and amount to be applied. The payment will then show up in the list view below.
Revenue calculations for sites receiving impressions from this flight will be updated accordingly in ledger.
