Notification Emails
As adOS grows we are building more features to support customers with larger teams of adOps engineers. This includes a finer level of control over user and account permissions, and who can see/do what.
One request we’ve had is for the ability to specify which users on their account will receive email notifications for things like underdelivering campaigns and advertiser creative uploads. Previously every user on your account would receive every alert. This week, we are rolling out the ability for customers to opt in for campaign underdelivery email notifications and other notification emails, as well as to manage which users on any particular account will receive these messages.
How it works.
Any user can log in and check the boxes to opt in or out from the User Management page.
Advertiser creative notifications only apply if Advertiser Creative Management is installed on the account.
When the system has an alert to send out due to an underperforming campaign, or because there’s a new advertiser creative to approve, it will check the notification settings for each user on your account.
